RMA Service

DFI products are manufactured in accordance to the industry standard and warrants for twenty-four (24) months from the day of invoice issued. If you wish to extend the product warranty to three (3) to five (5) years, you may purchase an extended warranty service at the time of product acquisition for added protection. For related inquiries, please contact your sales representative. If the warranty claim is valid, DFI will repair or replace product(s) without additional charge for parts and labor. The warranty applies only to products manufactured and distributed by DFI and her subsidiaries. You can apply for RMA service online here.

Exclusions from warranty

The product is treated as exclusion from warranty if:

  The product has been found to be defective after expiry of the warranty period.
• 2
  Warranty does not cover damages or failures that arised from misuse of the product, inability to use the product, unauthorized replacement or alteration of components and product specifications.
• 3
  The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to physical abuse, improper installation, modification, accidents or unauthorized repair of the product.

  Product is damaged beyond repair due to nature disasters, for example, lighting strike, flood, earthquake, etc.

  Unless otherwise instructed in the user'€s manual, the user may not, under any circumstances, attempt to perform service, adjustments or repairs on the product, whether in or out of warranty. It must be returned to the purchase point, factory or authorized service agency for all such work.

  DFI will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages to the product that has been modified or altered.
